Alleys of Anime 2 is a fan-made ROM hack of the classic Sega Genesis beat 'em up Streets of Rage 2, released in November 2025. This hack replaces the original playable cast with four iconic anime characters: Hiei (Yu Yu Hakusho), Erza Scarlet (Fairy Tail), Sailor Mars (Sailor Moon), and Android 18 (Dragon Ball Z), each with unique moves and playstyles. The gameplay is enhanced with a new air combo system, 6-button controller support, and improved knockdown recovery mechanics. The hack also features eight new music tracks, four new bosses, and updated visuals. It offers an increased difficulty level with more aggressive enemies and no continues.
